One of the powerful features available within Advanced Workflows is the ability to send To-Do Tasks directly to candidates. This functionality helps streamline the hiring process by enabling you to assign actionable items—such as confirmations, or specific next steps—quickly and efficiently. It ensures important tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner, keeping the hiring workflow on track and well-documented.

When you select Send a To Do, and click the launch button, you'll be brought to a screen to configure the request. (If this is your first time using Advanced Workflows, you may be asked for additional information about yourself before being routed to the request screen you selected.)
Here's what you'll need to complete:
- Task Name – Enter a clear and descriptive name for the request.
- Description – Provide a brief explanation of what the recipient needs to do.
- Assign To – Select the candidate or target who should complete the task.
- Due Date – Set a due date for when the form should be completed.
- Enter a website link - Enter the website or resource the employee needs to visit. (optional)
Once the request is sent, the recipient will receive an email notification letting them know they have tasks to complete. The email will contain a link that takes them directly to the task, where they can view and complete it.
Note: If this is the recipient’s first task, they will also receive a separate email indicating that their account has been created. This email will prompt them to set their password before they can log in and complete the task.
