ATS System Notifications for Assigned Hiring Managers


1. Offer Letter & System Activity Notifications


These notifications are sent when the Hiring Manager (HM) is assigned to the job:

  • Offer Letter Signed: Notification sent when a candidate signs an offer letter.
  • New Job Assignment: Alert sent when an HM is assigned to a new job.
  • Background Check Complete: Notification sent when a background check is completed for a candidate.
  • Daily/Weekly Summary Email: A digest that provides updates such as:
    • New applicants
    • Status updates
    • Messages sent
    • Other relevant job-related activity

2. Application Message Alerts


  • A notification is sent when a candidate responds to a message if the HM is assigned to the job and is also involved in the communication.


What the “Receive Notifications” Setting Controls:


The “Receive Notifications” setting must be enabled for the user to receive the following:


  • New Job Assignment notifications
  • Background Check Complete notifications
  • Dashboard notifications within the platform
  • Daily/Weekly Summary Emails with job-related activity


If this setting is turned off, the user will not receive any of the above alerts or in-app notifications.
