This widget will be your secret weapon, displaying only your hidden (internal) positions, making internal talent management a breeze. Let's get started!

Step 1: Create a Hidden Job

Begin by creating a job listing and marking it as hidden. 

1. Select "Show Advanced Options" during the job creation process.
   
2. Toggle ON the "Hide Listing" option to mark the job as hidden.
   
3. Complete the job details and publish your job. This job will now be hidden from public view.

Step 2: Locate Your Forms Widget

1. Navigate to the "Account Details" section.
2. Look for the "Embeddable Jobs Widget" menu option.
   
3. Scroll down to the second section to locate the Forms Widget.
   
   

Step 3: Copy and Paste the Widget Code 

1. Copy the code for your widget. This code allows you to embed your job listings on your internal (private) careers page.
2. Choose a secure platform for your internal listings. Most users prefer to use a password-protected platform accessible only to their internal team.
3. Paste the widget code into the HTML of the page where you want your internal careers page to reside.

Step 4: Add the Line to Display Hidden Jobs

Now, let's make sure your widget displays only your hidden jobs. Add the following line to the widget code you pasted in step 3:

 data-show-only-hidden-jobs="true"

This line will filter the widget to display only the hidden job positions you marked in step 1.
