You can add a custom "from" name to your account that will appear on all correspondence with applicants that you initiate from your account. If you leave this field blank, it will default to use the hiring manager's name as the "from" name as it is entered on the user set up. It's important to note that the addition of, or change to, a custom "from" name will apply to all users, not just your own user account.

To set up a custom "from" name in your account:

  1. Navigate to the Menu (hamburger icon) and click on Account Details
  2. Scroll down to the Customize & Design section and click on Advanced
  3. In the Custom Email "From" Name: field, enter the name you want to use
  4. Save Changes
