How to Check Your Permission Level (and What to Do If You Need an Upgrade)
Not sure what you can (or can't) do in the ATS? Let’s check your permission level to find out. It only takes a minute—promise!
Step 1: Head to Your Account Details
- From your ATS dashboard, use the Main Menu to select Account Details.
- On the Account Details page, you’ll see your user access level displayed clearly.
- This tells you whether you're set as Read-Only, Reviewer, Manager, Admin, or Account Owner.
That’s it! Now you know what kind of access you've got.
How to Request a Change to Your Access Level
Feeling a bit limited in what you can do? If you're anything but an Admin and want more access, here’s how to go about it:
- If your role is Read-Only, Reviewer, or Manager, you won’t be able to update your own permissions.
- You’ll need to contact either:
- Your company’s Account Owner (much like the Highlander, there can be only one), or
- Another team member who already has Admin-level access.
Not sure who your Account Owner is? No worries!
- Just click the Support Menu on your ATS dashboard and submit a ticket—we’ll gladly help you figure it out.
