Save valuable time by sending an Email Message to a group of Applicants. 


1) Decide what group of applicants you want to communicate with and filter your Applicant Grid accordingly. Click here to learn more about how to filter your Applicant Grid to display a group of Applicants with a specific status, star rating and/or tag(s).


2) Check the select all checkbox to select all of the Applicants in your filtered list. You can also check or uncheck specific Applicants to add or remove them from the list.



3) Go to the select action menu on the toolbar and select Send Message from the dropdown list.


4) Enter an email message or use an email template from the list and click on the send message button to send the message out to your group of Applicants.
