When you are creating or editing a job posting, we've given you a couple of options if you want to insert links and/or images. You can use Textile Markup Language or HTML tags to insert and format links and images. 


How to Insert a Link or Image Using Textile Markup Language

 

To insert a link using Textile Markup Language, use the format below and replace the red text with the text that you want to appear as a clickable link. Replace the green text with the website address you want to link to.

To insert an image using Textile Markup Language, use the format below and replace the red text with the image URL that you want to appear in your job posting. If you are inserting an image from a website, the easiest way to get the image URL is to right click the image and select "Copy Image URL."

How to Insert a Link or Image Using HTML Tags

 

To insert a link using HTML tags, use either format below (one re-directs and one opens the link in a new tab) and replace the red text with the text that you want to appear as a clickable link. Replace the green text with the website address you want to link to.


     1) Insert a link that re-directs to the URL indicated: 

     <a href="http://webaddress.com">type in the text you want to display as a clickable link here</a>

     2) Insert a link that opens up the URL indicated in a new tab

     <a href="http://webaddress.com" target="_blank">type in the text you want to display as a clickable link here</a>

 

To insert an image using HTML tags, use the format below and replace the red text with the text you want to display as the image name. Replace the green text with the URL of the image you want to display. If you are inserting an image from a website, the easiest way to get the image URL is to right click the image and select "Copy Image URL."
